Valentine’s Day is Every Day

Valentine's Day is an international celebration that honors the feeling of love. Every year on February 14th, Saint Valentine's Day commemorates the death anniversary of one of the Christian legends, Saint Valentine. February 14 is a national holiday in most first-world countries. Valentine's Day has evolved into a day dedicated to lovers. Valentine's Day, on the other hand, has a much wider appeal. It's a day to celebrate love, and that love can be for anyone, not just a lover.

The first thing that comes to mind as we think about this day is how we can celebrate it. About how we can make this day unique and enjoyable for ourselves while spending time with our loved ones and special someone. Valentine's Day feels normal during a pandemic. I didn't feel like celebrating because I was just in our house and had to be extremely vigilant outside due to the coronavirus. Nonetheless, the day was made brighter by the fact that I was with my family celebrating it.

To summarize, Valentine's Day celebrates the bond and relationship that exists between people. It's a day that shows us how to show our love, care, and gratitude for those that matter in our lives. It makes us smile when we think about our loved ones. It also emphasizes the significance of the joy we experience when we are with those we care for. Valentine's Day isn't just for lovers, it's for everyone and to ourselves too. Valentine's Day isn't the only day to celebrate love, it should be celebrated every day.
